Message counts, message length, seats, storage and retention are service limits. They are separate from estimated AI capacity.
AI usage is measured in Credits. Original messages remain available when Credits run out. Basic service limits apply. Credits renew monthly, including on annual plans. Unused Credits do not roll over. Personal, Workspace and Support balances are separate.
14-day refund policy
14-day policy for the initial subscription payment, with usage below 20%. Refunds deduct proportional usage and actual non-refundable payment processing costs. AI usage is compared with your monthly Credits at purchase; other applicable usage limits also count. Statutory rights are unaffected.
Anonymous Temporary Rooms
Temporary Rooms share the creator’s Personal Credits and service limits. Guests do not pay. Translation into several languages may consume more Credits.

- Temporary rooms are part of your Personal plan. Personal Pro includes higher room limits and more monthly Credits for translation.
- Guests join with just a nickname and language — they never need an account and never pay; all usage is yours.
- Pro rooms extend by up to 7 days at a time, within a 30-day total lifetime, and only inside the final 24 hours before expiry.
- Expired rooms are cleaned up and their content is crypto-shredded; purged rooms can’t be revived.
Questions, answered
What do Credits cover?
Credits cover AI translation and AI replies. Successful AI work is charged according to its actual usage, rather than a fixed number of Credits per message or conversation. Human original messages do not consume AI Credits; service limits still apply.
Are the message and conversation estimates guaranteed?
No. They are calculated from a standard usage profile to help compare plans. Longer text, additional target languages and longer AI conversations can consume more Credits. Monthly message limits are separate service limits.
Who pays for private-message translation?
The sender uses their Personal Credits to translate outgoing messages into the recipient’s reading language. Receiving a translated message does not require a paid subscription or recipient Credits.
How are Temporary Rooms billed?
Temporary Rooms share the creator’s Personal Credits and service limits. Guests do not pay. Translation into several languages may consume more Credits.
When do Credits renew?
Credits renew monthly, even if you pay annually. Unused Credits do not roll over. The renewal date is shown in your account’s usage page.
What happens when Credits run out?
AI pauses until monthly renewal or an available plan upgrade. Original messages remain available within service limits. Credit depletion does not automatically hand a conversation to a human agent.
Will included Credits change?
Your plan price stays the same. As operating costs decrease, we may increase the monthly Credits included in your plan. We will not reduce your plan’s included Credits. Increases apply to existing subscribers too.
