Choose a workspace
Section titled “Choose a workspace”A workspace contains your team’s channels, members, and workspace settings. Select the intended workspace before changing settings or inviting someone. Your Personal plan applies to your own direct chat separately.
Invite and collaborate
Section titled “Invite and collaborate”Use the workspace’s member and invitation controls if your role permits it. Check the current member allowance before adding people. Open the appropriate channel to exchange messages with your team, and review the original text when a translated detail needs clarification.
Settings and permissions
Section titled “Settings and permissions”Some controls are restricted to the owner. In particular, the Web chat widget and AI assistant configuration require the workspace owner. If a control is unavailable, check your workspace and role before assuming it is a plan issue.
Expected result
Section titled “Expected result”Your teammate can access the intended workspace and channels. Support configuration changes apply to the selected workspace’s widget, so verify that workspace’s installation on your test website.
