Before you configure Support
Section titled “Before you configure Support”Sign in, select the workspace you want to configure, and make sure you are its owner. Widget and AI settings are owner-only. A team member who cannot see these settings should ask the owner to configure them.
For a first setup, follow Support → AI assistant → Knowledge base → Test answers. You can start with instructions only and connect a knowledge base later.
These guides describe the available dashboard controls. Button names are shown in English so you can match them when using the English interface. Developer documentation is currently in English.
